I got a great idea!

piston:
you make a large wheel anchored at the center (obj. type 7) and then make a rectangle w/a normal-size wheel (6) at the end. attach the rectange to the wheel completely and then attach the small wheel to a part of the big one so that when the big wheel turns the block moves back and forth. You could set it up for example so that turning the wheel opens a door.
