Demo crashes on startup - WinXP

Check If you have DEP (Data Execution Prevention) turned on for Kingdom Elemental:

Go to the Control panel->System->Advanced tab and click on the 'Settings' button in the Performance box.  Then you click on the 'Data Execution Prevention' tab.

Make sure the first option:

"Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only"

is checked or if you have the 2nd option:

"Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select"

checked add Kingdom Elemental as an exception by clicking:

"add"

and selecting the Kingdom Elemental Demo.
