I'm having a problem with Gish where when I try to start the game, all that happens is the hourglass flashing real briefly. The screen doesn't change, there aren't any Gish processes running, or anything. I tried reinstalling, but that doesn't help.

I've run the game in the past year, so I don't think it's a faulty installation or setup.exe

Here are my specs:
Windows XP SP2
AMD 64-FX
Geforce 7800 GTX
1 gig RAM
some Creative sound card

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from www.nvidia.com and installing them following the installation hints:

I always find it weird that when some older game suddenly stops working for no apparent reason, that going to the newest video drivers often seems to fix it, which doesn't make much sense to me '<img'>

Many thanks '<img'>
