Well, you already got a screenshot, but I did it by swinging the bridge into place.  Cost like 11k.  Don't have any screenshots, but basically start building the floor a block or two over the water in a rampish shape and attach cables from the further parts of the ramp to the hook so it swings down.

I can't seem to find a solution for this level. Does anyone have any solutions? Screens would be nice. Preferably in edit mode. I have spent days trying to solve it, but it is beyond me.

My method for this level was very similar to Chillians, But it is possible to make the deck straight across if you put two heavy steel bars three squares across on either side of the bridge.
