Congratulations to all the winners! I couldn't get the Calis concept to work at all - awesome job by the man himself to get third place in so little time!

I am hoping to get a 2nd contest started as early as next week.  Depending on when we move our web page to a new host and how well that goes.

I'd gotten used to seeing no updates on the website so this is the first time I've checked it in a month... and of course I missed the contest! I would have lost miserably anyway, but I must check in more often. ':)'

Those were some good looking bridges that took out the first 3 spots though, nice work ':)' I still think it's a little weird making bridges that sit in water, but hey, that's how the game's universe works, so hopefully we will have anther contest sometime soon and I can experiment at making floating bridges ;)

@Oggy: Could you send me your bridge so I can put it on my page? I'm planning on uploading the top 3 bridges from both contests.

CL, why not make the prize winners' bridges downloadable?

Hmmm... Now Calis is Tertius... CL - I thought a Pontifex Maximus stays Maximus forever - the contest page said he gets a permanent place in the Hall of Fame - so why no permanent forum title?

Gray: well, I think, the forum titles are generated dynamically, so they change for all your previous postings..
But you are right, keeping the Title would be nice ':)'
How long can the title strings get? I'd like to keep *all* titles (Maximus I, Tertius II).
Maybe it is possible to keep the highest and the current ':)'

Anyway, no problem for me, I'll get back the Maximus sooner or later - should be easy with eternal life ;)

First impression: "What an ugly level!"
Second impression: "What an ugly level!"
Third impression: "Well, that broke..."

This is definately a MUCH harder level than the first contest. It took me several attempts before I finally came up with a concept that actually worked (at an exorbitatant price).

Now I have one a fair bit cheaper but it's right on the edge of breaking...good luck all! We'll need it!

The rules don't say anything about the train getting wet, do they?
