I'm glad to announce that on Friday night we will be hosting an IRC chat with Auran, the developers behind Bridge It. Bridge It is a collaboration between Auran and NVIDIA to showcase the GeForceFX series of cards. These are the same guys who brought us Disciples 2, O.R.B. and an old favorite of mine, Dark Reign. A bit on the game:

Set in the picturesque surroundings of colorful deserts and dense forests it is your task to strategically design and construct an engineering masterpiece. Watch in eager anticipation as unsuspecting motorists, heavy freight trains and tourist riverboats approach. Will your solution stand up to the test or will tons of mangled steel be sent plummeting into the river below?

Bridge It is the culmination of an NVIDIA-Auran marketing partnership that aims to constantly push the limit of today's hardware. Bridge It brings together intriguing gameplay and stunning visuals which show off the very latest in cinematic gaming. Using the Auran Jet 3D engine running on NVIDIA's latest GeForce FX hardware it offers a host of real time effects that surpass many pre-rendered scenes.
