This would be a big plus.  Also, in a related note, what about cut/copy/paste and mirror?  It suxors to have to build the identical halves of my bridge twice.  Being able to copy one side of a complex bridge element and mirror it to the other side would be very L337.

It would be nice if we could move Joints around, within the restraints of all the length limits placed on all the links attatched.  That way, you could just click on a joint and slide it over to a new point, and not have to delete the joint and redraw everything.

So, basically - to be able to modulate joints without having to destroy and rebuild all the links associated with it.

Yep, mark/copy/paste with optional mirroring would be cool.
Moving a marked ´block´ (not only one node :) around without loosing the adjacent links/cables would be awesome!
Cannot count how often I wanted to raise or lower a big part of my bridge for 1 small unit ;)

Geat idea, I hate when in my bridges have ~10 links on it and I have to destroy them all to move them one grid point...

I would also like to add an "I'd love mobile links" vote ':)'

Implementation would be tricky, because the cost display would need to subtract all the old links and add the new ones, but I don't think its beyond the clever people who wrote bri... err Pontifex ;)
