I was finally able to build a large arch bridge with cable rigging that would put a square-rigger to shame that would span the 400 meters or so necessary to see the fireworks but I'm not really satisfied with having to go that route to finish a normal level.  Has anyone completed that one without using complex mode and without breaks?

Hmm.. first working clean bridge here for 150k (on hard):
a heavy steel tower on both sides (2 units high), flat deck (non complex) and cables all over :)

I think my first solution was a light-steel-only simple-mode arch without breaks, not very cost-effective though...
