Hi everyone, I`m biting the bullet by confessing i`ve been stumped by complex 4 for MONTHS. As i see it you can`t use the oppositie bank as a break point  so anything connected to it collapses unless its the fulcrum, Try as I might I just can`t see the solution so i`m begging you please HELP! relieve me of misery. I built a heavy steel arch with cables holding it together and attaching it to the deck, then used hydraulics to lift the two center deck pieces of the bridge up so the ship could pass.

I tried to put the hydraulic mechanism under the water, and this is the result from the experience.
