I blew right through the standard and complex levels but the map pack is giving me some real problems.  Any hints on level 3?

Oooh - this was a real pain. I finally ended up with a triple arch - one over the other, with the track on the lowest level. No cables and mostly light steel.

I did this one no problem...
just your standard triangle bridge, raised one level to avoid the water.
