Yes the title screen should not show 1.37, it should show 1.3.9.1

Can you tell me if this version is supposed to have the same number of files as the old version?  (I know one of the improvements was that it came many more levels.)

I am not sure about the total number of files but the "files" folder in BCS should have 193 files total in version 1.3.9.1.  Version 1.37 had 49 files in the "files" folder.  That should tell you what version you have.
