The extra levels are all tricky like that with missing anchor points and strange setups.  Make sure your deck comes to rest on the ground and is not too steep and the train should not fall though it.

Tried having a piece fall on the ground, its staight out flat, still goes though, its so annoying '<img'> but i guess thats the point of it ':p'
